We present you a recipe of the simplest to prepare and most tasty, mustard chicken. Ideal recipe for lunch, served with a salad.
Ingredients for 4 people:
2 tablespoons Dijon fine mustard
5 tablespoons lightened liquid cream 12%
125 ml of white wine
400 g of chicken breast
2 teaspoons of olive oil
Start by slicing the onion and cutting the chicken into pieces.
Fry the onions in the olive oil, then add the chicken pieces, and leave to brown.
Add the white wine and let simmer for a few minutes,
Add the liquid cream, mustard, salt and pepper, then cook for 20 minutes.
Serve chicken with mustard with rice or pasta, next to a good salad.
