Chicken Stew

Here’s the recipe for chicken stew, a good stew of chicken carrot and potato, easy and simple to make for a convivial meal.

Ingredients for 4 people:

1 carrot

50 ml of tomato coulis

200 ml of vegetable broth

600 g of chicken breast

200 g potatoes

50 ml of white wine

1 tablespoon of olive oil

1 tablespoon flour

salt, pepper, turmeric


Peel the carrot and slice it into a slice and cut the potato into cubes.

Cut the chicken breast into pieces and flour them.

In a casserole heat the olive oil then add 1 teaspoon of turmeric and the pieces of chicken and leave to brown.

Add the white wine, carrots, potatoes and tomato coulis, stir and leave for 3 minutes.

Pour broth, salt, pepper and cook for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Then serve your stew with cooked rice.
