Chicken Cordon Bleu, an easy and simple recipe to serve for lunch or dinner with sautéed vegetables.
Ingredients for 2 people:
2 slices of de-fattened ham, uncooked 50 g each
5 cl of broth
2 chicken cutlets of 120 g each
2 slices of Gruyère each of 30 g
1 teaspoon of sunflower oil
Salt and pepper
– Flatten the fillets then drop 1 slice of cheese and ham
– Fold them in 2 then close them with a toothpick
– In a saucepan pour the oil, then fry the fillets on each side
– Then add the broth, salt, pepper and cook for 10 minutes.
