Beef Stroganoff

Here is the recipe for beef Stroganoff, a delicious dish made from beef and mushrooms, easy and simple to make for a light meal.

Ingredients for 4 persons:

500 g of beef tenderloin in pieces

1 finely chopped onion

100 g mushrooms

1/2 teaspoon of paprika

1 tablespoon of tomato paste

5 cl of dry white wine

2 tablespoons fresh cream lightened to 12%

1 teaspoon of mustard

2 teaspoons of olive oil

Salt pepper.

Preparation:

In a saucepan heat the olive oil and fry on the chopped onion and chopped mushrooms.

Then add the meat, salt, pepper, sprinkle with paprika and stir and leave for 5 minutes.

Pour the white wine and the tomato paste and cook for 15 minutes.

Add the cream and mustard and let simmer for 2 minutes.

Serve with pasta or rice.
