Beef Goulash

Here is the recipe for beef goulash, a tasty traditional stew of beef in a simmered and fragrant sauce, very easy to make and ideal for a winter meal.

Ingredients for 4 people:

400 g of beef chuck cut into pieces

4 onions

1 clove of garlic

500 g crushed tomatoes

400 g potatoes

1 liter of water

1 beef broth

4 tablespoons cream 5%

1 tablespoon of olive oil

salt, pepper, paprika

Preparation:

Peel the onions and garlic and chop them.

In a casserole, heat oil do’live then fry the onions and garlic.

Add the meat pieces then brown them.

Then add the tomato pieces, the salt, the pepper and the paprika then pour the water, cover and let simmer 1 hour 30 minutes.

Add the peeled and cubed potatoes cover and cook for 20 minutes.

At the end of cooking, add the crème fraîche stir and serve immediately.
