Ingredients for 2 people:
250 g of beef (twin)
1 celery
200 g potatoes
1 carrot
1 onion
150 g of peas
2 tablespoons of white wine
300 ml of vegetable broth
20 g of flour
2 teaspoons of olive oil
salt pepper
Preparation:
Cut the meat into cubes and sprinkle with flour.
In a frying pan heat 1 teaspoon of olive oil then brown the pieces of meat for a few minutes, then remove and reserve.
Peel and cut celery, cubed potatoes and sliced carrots.
In a pan, heat 1 teaspoon of olive oil and fry the chopped onion for 3 minutes.
Add the carrots, celery and white wine and cook for 5 minutes.
Add the pieces of meat, potatoes and broth stir and cook for 40 minutes.
Then add the peas, salt and pepper and cook for 15 minutes.
Then serve your stew immediately.
